Support Personnel

The Ramsey Center provides trained and qualified support staff for events that require the use of ushers, ticket takers, ticket sellers, police and security personnel, medical and first aid personnel, parking lot attendants, technical operations personnel, housekeeping attendants and extra clean-up personnel. Attention to service and quality by the Ramsey Center and its supplementary support personnel ensures a smooth-running event and a first-rate guest experience.

University Catering Services (contracted through Aramark) maintains exclusive catering privileges for all concessions, vending, and food/beverage services in the Ramsey Center. University Catering offers an outstanding array of food and beverage selections designed to meet the varied needs of each customer. Food service capabilities range from the simplest of coffee breaks to elegantly served dinners. University Catering can provide special table linen colors, floral enhancements, or other decorations upon request. Your catering sales coordinator will help you develop your menu and work with you to ensure that every part of your food function is a success.

Ticket sales for events held in the Ramsey Center are executed through the Ramsey Center Box Office and its designated outlets. The Box Office Manager supervises all ticket transactions and provides accurate accounting services for all ticketed events.
